First Visit
Brief Paperwork
Upon entering the office, we have some brief paperwork for you to fill out. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition.
Consultation
Once the paperwork has been completed, you will have a consultation with one of the the doctors to discuss your health-related problems and determine how you can be best treated through chiropractic care and if our office is the right place for you.
History and Examination
Next you will receive a thorough examination consisting of orthopedic, neurologic, physical and chiropractic tests.
X-ray Studies
X-Rays may be used in order to thoroughly evaluate your condition. The doctors will be able to determine if you have arthritis, disc degeneration, pathologies or a condition that may be contradictory to treatment.
Schedule Your Next Appointment
You will be given a convenient appointment time for your follow-up visit. Generally speaking, patients are seen within 1-2 days and are provided with a complete Report of Findings. The doctor will review your examination results, x-ray studies and make treatment recommendations. The choice of the type of care, Relief or Corrective Care, is made by you. Following your decision you will be provided with your first treatment, which may include spinal adjustments, physical therapies, and/or soft tissue therapies. Insurance coverage and financial arrangements are also discussed on this visit so the finances and costs are never a mystery.
