Dr. Peter Georgiou, D.C., C.C.S.P.
Originally from New York City, Dr. Peter Georgiou, moved to Chicago to attend school at the National College of Chiropractic. By the time he graduated he fell in love with Chicago and made the decision to stay, thus opening his first practice in 1993. Dr. Georgiou has been in practice for over 33 years serving the Lakeview community.
Dr Georgiou has treated thousands of patients non-surgically and non-invasively, with great outcomes. After many years of providing chiropractic care he discovered that the needs of his patients were also changing. His vision was to have a wellness center that included many other services that would benefit his existing and future patients. Teaming up with other health care professionals allowed him to grow into, what is today, ReAlign Med.
In addition, to our original services we now include, pain management, hormone replacement therapy for both men and women, medical weight loss, sexual wellness, body sculpting and much more.

Alicia Belcher is a certified Nurse Practitioner credentialed through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Bachelors in Science and Nursing from Lewis University. She earned her Masters' in Science and Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University with high distinction honors in 2015.
Alicia worked in pain management as well as orthopedics for over 10 years. She also has many years of experience working in a chiropractic office doing regenerative medicine. Her career started as a registered nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Northwestern Medicine. Working as an ICU nurse for thirteen years has taught her to treat the patient as a whole and not just a diagnosis.
Alicia brings empathy, compassion, and an individualized approach to her patients. She is dedicated to improving both men and women's health by educating and helping them achieve optimal wellness. She strives to educate and engage them in their health while working together to get long-lasting outcomes.
Jennifer Santiago
Chiropractic Assistant and Receptionist
Jennifer joined our ReAlign Med family back in March of 2025. She runs our front desk and is a Jack of all Trades. Her dedication far exceeds our expectations. She is currently in school to obtain knowledge on insurance coding and billing, so that she can better serve our patients. Jennifer is a dedicated healthcare professional with five years of experience working as both a Medical Assistant and Medical Receptionist. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong understanding of clinical support, patient communication, and front-office operations within fast-paced healthcare environments. She is known for being optimistic, attentive, and genuinely helpful, qualities that allow her to build positive relationships with patients, providers, and colleagues. She takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in every task she performs.
Mauricio Martinez

Mauricio has been with the team for 12 years. Mauricio traveled to Florida to complete his Gainswave / ReAlignMed® MEGAWAVE (GAINSWave®) Technician Certification in 2019. He most recently received his FemiWave certification. Mauricio is originally from Colombia and is fluent in Spanish and English. After working as a Rehab Technician in Chicago for 12 years, he has perfected his customer service skills, as well as his knowledge of general health and well-being. His dedication and passion for improving patients' health allow him to provide individualized treatment to a diverse group.
Matt Wilson
Active Therapist
Matt Wilson has been a practicing active therapist since 2005 and has been a team member of ReAlignMed® since June of the same year. Driven by a love of hands-on work and a desire to help people overcome both chronic and acute injuries, he earned his license from the Soma National Institute of Clinical Massage Therapy and has never looked back. Matt has experience working with clients with a wide variety of injuries and his repertoire of modalities includes stress management, sports massage, deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, trigger point therapy, and acupressure.

In the interest of the health and safety of our clients and staff, we installed a Steril-Aire system that provides ultraviolet germicidal irradiation. This disinfection method uses short-wavelength ultraviolet light to kill or inactivate microorganisms by destroying nucleic acids and disrupting their DNA, leaving them unable to perform vital cellular functions. Viruses that are airborne can be safeguarded against with high doses of UVC in the airstream, and research shows it kills 99% of airborne viruses. Additionally, this system is environmentally friendly and produces no ozone or secondary contaminants.
