What to Expect from a Spinal Decompression Appointment

You will remain fully clothed throughout your spinal decompression appointment. One of our helpful assistants will help to arrange a harness around your pelvis and your trunk. You will lay face-up on a special treatment table in a private room. The assistant will then operate the table according to the protocol prescribed by your chiropractor via the computer.

Other treatments that may be used in conjunction with your spinal decompression in an effort to bolster the effects of the treatment include cold therapy and electrical stimulation.
